About me

Graceful Growth logo – supporting parents and families on the Sunshine Coast

I am a proud mother of four, including two neurodiverse children, and I bring both personal and professional experience to my work. My journey has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of family life, parenting, and navigating challenges with resilience and empathy.

For over 15 years, I worked as a teacher with primary-aged children, which gave me first-hand insight into the unique needs of young minds and the importance of fostering both growth and connection. I also hold a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and am currently completing my Diploma of Counselling, further equipping me with the skills to provide compassionate, evidence-informed guidance.

My coaching is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and family-centred. I don’t ‘fix’ kids, I help parents understand nervous system needs, reduce demands, and build connection so skills can grow. I’ll always respect your language and sensory preferences. Together we’ll create simple, repeatable plans for tricky moments whether that be mornings, meltdowns, homework or sibling flare-ups with tools and strategies you can use the same day.

At Graceful Growth, I combine this professional knowledge with lived experience to create a safe, supportive space where parents and carers feel heard, encouraged, and empowered. Alongside my two much-loved dogs—who remind me daily of the value of unconditional love and presence—I aim to offer practical tools, programs, and resources that help families find calm, build confidence, and grow gracefully.

If you’d like to explore how I can support your family, I’d love to connect.
